Rotoscoping!!!
In this unit I learned to animate a small video frame by frame. This is called rotoscoping and is really fun to do. Kind of teddious but at the end it's worth seeing your very own video animated the way you like it. These kinds of videos are really flashy and trippy to look at. But it's fun to try to make your brain understand every single different frame, not one is the same. It's just like editing a hundred pictures except they don't have to look good, just flashy and something that makes you say "What the f***?" at least that's what i said the first time i saw one of these rotoscoped videos. The trick to this is to get as creative as you want with each frame and make every single one unique.

Unit 3
For this unit we worked of merging different pictures to create a whole new object or structure. We went out to take pictures of objects around campus for the first image. For the second image we photographed vehicles that were parked in the campus. For the first image we were to create a building or architectural structure out of other several different objects. This is the result for this first image.
The front of the building is a window rotated 90 degrees and then I just "carved" the entrance where the doors were going to be. It is sitting on top of water with a "fused" bridge also sitting on top of the water.
For the second image we were to fuse cars to make a whole new different concept. I had two different vehicles, a mix between a Police car and a Hummer, which turned out to be a fire spitting eagle. And a mix between a Jetta and a Suburban which turned out to be a furry batmobile for a squirrel.
